In Metropolitan France and Europe, it's free. Outside France and Europe the fees will be calculated according to the weight and destination. All our deliveries are insured.

Delivery is free everywhere in France and throughout the European Union.
Outside of these countries, please feel free to contact us at rosa@rosamaitea.com, we will inform you about the delivery price and arrange the delivery for you.
Delivery times
In stock: if the jewel you want is available in our stock, we can send it to you within 72 hours in France and 7 days in Europe, with our secure carrier.
Pre-order: If the jewel is not in stock, you can pre-order it.
When a piece is offered to you for pre-order, it's because it hasn't been made yet: we'll make it for you. Expect delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks.
The estimated delivery date will be indicated in your order confirmation email. We will keep you informed of the process of creating your jewel with the sending of a personalized email at each stage of creation.
Engraving: If you want to add an engraving to your jewel, allow an additional 2 weeks.
Secure delivery
Your parcel is insured for the value of your jewel. The delivery will be made by Colissimo, a national carrier known for its reliability and used by many brands. You are guaranteed that your package will be delivered to you in person against signature. Finally, the package is sent confidentially (no apparent mention of the brand and product).
Delivery by courier
Delivery by courier is possible from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for Paris and its inner suburbs (Aubervilliers, Bagnolet, Boulogne, Charenton, Clichy, Courbevoie, Gentilly, Issy Les Moulineaux, Ivry sur Seine, Kremlin Bicêtre, Levallois, Les Lilas, Malakoff, Montreuil, Montrouge, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Saint-Mandé, Pantin, Pré-Saint-Gervais, Puteaux, Saint-Ouen, Vanves, Vincennes).
The amounts of this delivery are:
- Intra-muros Paris: 20€
- Near suburbs: 30€
Delivery by courier is completely unmarked for security reasons and your package will be delivered to you in person.
As soon as you choose this delivery method and your order is confirmed, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible by phone to agree with you on the day and time of your courier's arrival.

Free returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping. You can use the Colissimo label attached to your parcel for this purpose.
Send us an email at rosa@rosamaitea.com and we will send you the necessary information. We will credit the payment method you used to pay for your order as soon as we have received and checked the returned product in its original pouch and box.
