Did you make a mistake in the size of your ring?

Don't worry, we offer you the opportunity to make a sizing. At Rosa Maïtea we can make +2 and -2 sizes. All rings in the European Union can be resized within 30 days of receipt.

The conditions

1. The ring is in perfect condition.
2. The ring has not already been sent for sizing.
3. The ring was returned within 14 days of receipt, as evidenced by the postmark.

If these conditions are respected, the sizing of your ring is possible with exceptions unless the ring has been engraved.

Careful!  It is very important to contact us before sending the jewel back.
