Do I have to pay for delivery? And what happens if the product is returned?

No, we offer you free delivery and we take care of the return shipping costs. You can contact us by email at rosa@rosamaitea.com and we will send you a prepaid Colissimo label to send us back the jewel you no longer wish to keep.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email
with instructions on how to track your package. We ship your order by
Colissimo, with insurance covering the value of your jewel.

How do I return my order?

Send us an email at rosa@rosamaitea.com, and we will provide you with the necessary information. The process is simple and free of charge if the request is made within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have received and verified the returned products, along with their pouch and original box, we will proceed  with the refund to the payment method you used for your order

About Our Jewelry
Where is our jewellery made?

Our jewelry is designed in Paris
and manufactured in Mumbai, India, in a family-run workshop that has passed on
the artisanal know-how in jewelry from generation to generation
. This
workshop holds a certificate from the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC), an
international organization that certifies the best practices of companies in
the gold or diamond supply chain, from mine to distribution.

Where do the raw materials you use come from?

The gold we use comes from recycled jewellery from all over the world. Diamonds are also recycled. As for gemstones, such as spinels and garnets, they can be traced back to various mines in Tanzania (Tunduru, Mahenge, Merelani, etc.).Tags: The traceability of gemstones is still not widespread in the jewellery sector, and the origin of these stones often lacks transparency. The chains and strollers of our jewellery are made in Italy. At this time, we do not know the origin of the gold used in these products, as chain and primer factories do not use recycled
gold. We are currently looking for manufacturers of recycled gold chains. If you know of any, don't hesitate to contact us!

How do I choose the size of my ring?

Where does the name Rosa Maïtea come from?

The name Rosa is that of the mother of Patricia, the creator of the brand, who died in January 2020, the month in which the idea to create Rosa Maïtea was born. Maïtea means "the beloved" in Basque, the language of Patricia's region of origin, the Spanish Basque Country. This name pays tribute
to his mother and to all mothers in the world.

Care advice
How do I take care of my jewellery?

To maintain the shine of your jewelry, we recommend cleaning the stones about every 3 months by soaking them in warm water with a little dishwashing liquid overnight. Then, gently scrub them with a very soft toothbrush. If you want to restore the original shine of your jewel, you can have it polished and rhodium-plated. Contact us, and we will provide you with the right addresses to do this.
